We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee on new server orders. If you are unsatisfied within the first 48 hours, contact support for a full refund. Renewals are non-refundable.
No. All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. You can cancel at any time and your server will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

After provisioning, your server IP and port are displayed in the control panel and sent to you by email. Simply enter the IP:port into your game's server browser or direct connect screen.
Yes. Depending on the game, you can install mods, plugins, and modpacks directly through the control panel's file manager or one-click mod installer. We support popular mod frameworks such as Forge, Fabric, Bukkit, Spigot, and Paper for Minecraft.
Yes, automated daily backups are included with all plans. Backups are retained for 7 days and can be restored with a single click from the control panel.
You can reinstall your server with a different game at any time through the control panel. Note that this will wipe all existing server data, so make sure to back up first.

Yes. You can set up a free custom subdomain (e.g. myserver.hostxtra.co.uk) pointing to your server from the control panel, or point your own domain using a simple DNS A or SRV record.
