HostXtra Terms of Service

Welcome to HostXtra! By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of HostXtra's products, services, and website is subject to the terms of this legal agreement. "HostXtra," "we," and "our" refer to HostXtra. "Products," "services," and "website" are referred to collectively in this document as "services." By using HostXtra's services, you consent to be bound by this agreement.

You may not use our services if you are not of legal age to form a binding contract or if you are barred for any reason from receiving our services under the law. HostXtra reserves the right to revise or amend any portion of this agreement at any time and at its sole discretion and without advance notice to you.

Any changes will be effective when they are posted to the site. Your continued use of our services following any change in the Terms of Service will signify that you accept such changes. If you do not agree to any changes in the Terms of Service Agreement, please discontinue use of our services. Violation of the Terms of Service is grounds for cancellation of service without refund and possible civil or criminal prosecution.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Services

HostXtra provides game server hosting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use our services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Do not use our services for illegal, abusive, or malicious activities.
• Protect your account credentials and monitor your account activity.
• Pay all service fees in a timely manner.

5. Billing and Payments

All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. HostXtra is not responsible for data loss due to non-payment.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel services at any time via your client dashboard. Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided solely at HostXtra’s discretion, typically only within 7 days of the initial purchase. However no refunds will be given for the remainder of the billing cycle.

Services that are cancelled will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Once the billing cycle concludes, the service will be automatically terminated and all associated data may be permanently deleted. No further charges will be applied after the end of the billing cycle. It is the customer's responsibility to back up any important data prior to termination. We do not guarantee the availability of any data once a service has been cancelled and the billing period has ended.

7. Data and Backups

You are solely responsible for your own data backups. HostXtra is not liable for data loss due to server issues, user actions, or other incidents.

HostXtra provides 7 day backups of region servers. In the event of HostXtra requiring a restore of a region server HostXtra is not liable for data lost.

8. Resource Usage

You agree not to use excessive resources in a manner that negatively impacts other users. HostXtra may limit, suspend, or terminate services for abuse.

9. Denial Of Service Attacks

HostXtra reserves the right to disable and terminate your service if your service is regularly attacked with denial of service attacks which disrupt other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

HostXtra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, downtime, or financial losses from use or inability to use our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HostXtra harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
